The 3 bedroom condo that we stayed in was great,very clean and had everything we needed,we has a sloght issue with the gate codes,but when i called the host it was taken care of within minutes,the pool was clean but the hot tub stop working due to a propane leak i believe, but iwe were very satisfied with the place and convenience to everything

I booked this many months in advance There were 5 women over 65 . We heard many reasons why the elevators didn’t work but we spoke to an owner and she said they didn’t work for over a yr. Bringing our bags up 4 flights was ruff and they didn’t say that we had beach chairs place was great other wise

I really wanted to give this condo a 5-star review because it has a lot going for it. The location was excellent, parking was plentiful, and the unit was spacious with a great layout. The amenities were good, the kitchen was well stocked, and communication leading up to our stay was outstanding. We received all the information we needed, and the management team was responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the unit was a major disappointment. The floors throughout the condo were filthy. The carpet was heavily worn and stained and did not match the flooring shown in the listing photos. The tile and wood floors were also dirty. When I wiped up a small spill, the cloth came back black. The floors were so dirty that we wore shoes inside the entire stay and wouldn't even walk around in socks. The most frustrating part was the lack of follow-up. I reached out during our stay about the cleanliness concerns and never received a response. After returning home, I called and was told the matter would be looked into, but more than a week later I still have not heard back. This property could easily be a 5-star rental. The location, amenities, and overall layout were great. However, cleanliness matters, and no guest should feel uncomfortable walking barefoot, or even in socks, inside a vacation rental. Had the unit been properly cleaned and management followed up on the concerns raised, my rating would have been higher.

A lot of black scuff marks and dirty corners and baseboards. Did not feel clean. Fridge ice and water panel falling off. Bedspread and blanket in 1 of rooms visibly soiled. Called management for linens to be changed and only a blanket was brought in and paced on bed.
