The apartments are located perfectly in the center and you can walk everywhere. The room/apartment was nice, good aircondition and it had everything we needed. The bathroom was a bit small but coming from Copenhagen we are used to that. The only negative thing is that I kept getting emails from the hotel before arrival asking me to check in via a link. I did that, but received several emails after that with the same request. That is annoying and it creates doubt that I had filled out the forms correct. It must be possible to set the system up so that it doesn’t send those emails once the form is filled. On top of the check in they also ask you to fill out a registration form before arrival and I don’t know why that’s not combined. Quite irritating when you are travelling around Spain and they ask you to fill out things all the time. But I recommend the place and Granada is an amazing city

The location was nice, close to everything. The only problem I had was registering myself before checking in. Although I sent them an email and messaged them via hotels.com, I couldn’t get checking in information till very late. I was really nervous about it and I think they could do better.

Overall, the location and the property are great. Even though they don’t have concierge around, they are easy to get in touch with over the phone. The room was spacious, but the AC wasn’t working well and the bathroom light or the water heater was making a strange sound whenever we used the bathroom. Overall, I would recommend this hotel but they definitely need to fix few things to make it a more enjoyable stay.

The property itself is wonderful. Unfortunately, however, the hotel did not provide the necessary self check-in information as early as promised (24 hours prior). They were also non-reponsive to our inquiries abou this. It took 3 chats with Expedia before we received the self check-in information (font door entry code and keybox code for room). Because we did not arrive until 6 hours after their check-in time and because no staff is onsite at the property, we were very anxious about what would happen. In the future, I encourage this hotel to either change their 24 hour notification claim or to be more responsive to customer inquiries.

Nous avions réservé 4 appartements et nous avions chacun un code d'ouverture de la porte pour avoir accès à une boîte à clef avec un nouveau code pour ouvrir la porte de l'appartement. Das Apartment liegt im Herzen der Altstadt. Das Gebäude ist daher auch ein sehr altes und schönes, dies sollte einem bei der Buchung nur bewusst sein. Grundsätzlich ist alles sehr sauber, jedoch kommt es hier und da aufgrund des Gebäudes zu einigen altersbedingt Verschmutzungen. Wer so einen Charme liebt, würde sich hier sehr wohlfühlen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Leider ist die Küche etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist aufgrund der Lage nicht barrierefrei erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten sind nur sehr wenig vorhanden und wenn, dann nur in einem Parkhaus möglich.

Pas accessible, l’entrée de la résidence est en haut de marches, et pour accéder à l’ascenseur à l’intérieur il faut monter des marches. Mal entretenus, poussières et toiles d’araignées.
