Great location if you have a short time in Madrid and you are interested in the Prado and good meals. The adjoining restaurant Casa San Juan has excellent oxtail and scallops. Communication happened both through the hotels.com app and WhatsApp and it was a bit confusing at first but once organized it was good. Appreciated that the washer/dryer had a functioning dryer ability, though the air conditioning didn't work as well as in other places we stayed this trip.
