A beautiful new Hotel. Very clean and the rooms are unbelievable great. Best one in Izmir. Now the points to make better: No international TV programs (it's 2023) Below average selection of drinks in the hotel bar (and some of them out of stock) No public smoking area (Staying in front of the door.....) so only 9 of 10 points for our stay

Odalar temiz ve ferah. Direkt avm’ye inebilmek konforlu oluyor. Rüzgarlı güne denk geldiğimiz için balkon kapısından biraz ses geliyordu gece belki yalıtımı biraz artırılabilir odaların ama bunun dısında çok konforlu konaklama sağlıyor

Üç gece konakladım. Sessiz, minimalist, kullanıcı dostu, konforlu odalar. Tertemiz. Yastık mönüsü mevcut. Yatak yakınları yeni, temiz, kaliteli. Oda servisi hızlı ve iyi. Oda temizliği gayet iyi. Kahvaltı büfesi kapsamlı, güzel ve zengin. Çalışanlar (kısmen) nitelikli; hepsi güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve konuksever. Özellikle restoranda çok sayıda soydaş/akraba kökenli çalışan var. İletişim için çoğu kere Türkçeleri yeterli olmuyor. Aksayan tek yön burada. Otelin ulaşım avantajı var. Kolayca otobüs, taksi, metro gidilebiliyor. İstinye Park AVM geçişi (bitişik) bir başka önemli avantaj. Burada alışveriş imkanının ve nitelikli restoranların bulunması önemli.

Otel yeni, odalar konforlu ve güzel bir izmir manzarasına sahip. Ancak genel eğlence olanakları çok kısıtlı ve 5 yıldızlı marka bir otele yakışmıyor. Spa bölümü çok yetersiz, açık havuz çocuk havuzu gibi çok küçük…Kapalı alan yaz diye yok (her zaman işler olmalı!) Restoran çok küçük, aşçılık otele yakışmayacak şekilde vasat. Kahvaltı açık büfesi maalesef 3 yıldızlı otel seviyesinde, çeşit yetersiz! Bu en büyük hayal kırıklığı maalesef!
