Wonderful weekend

The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the room had an amazing view of Guanajuato. They have parking. It's a little hike down to the center of town and they offer shuttle service at a small cost up and down too.. We had a wonderful relaxing stay. Definitely will book there again.

Clean room and nice environment. A lot of stairs but doable. Was very disappointed in the hotel doing my very small load of laundry. First and last hotel the cost was around six dollars. This hotel charged $26 US. I should have asked what the cost would be prior. Overall, it is 4 of 5 stars.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not really close to the center but transportation is provided for a fee. I guess we should have read the room description a bit better as the room we booked did not have AC and was very warm. We were moved to another of their locations and the room had AC and was very spacious. We had a great view of the city at this location. The only thing that I will complain about was that the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. We had a great time in Guanajuato! Very beautiful city!

Price was very affordable and the customer service in person was good ( not over messages). Then room was dirty and it had stains on the bed sheets, we found some clothes in the bathroom and the worst part there’s no A/C. They also try to change my reservation and resell me the same room for a higher price ( because I arrived after their check-in hours)

Amenities not as listed on own website nor hotels.com. No coffee maker in room or in hotel. Restaurant only opens at 8 am. Nothing in the area outside hotel for food unl Staff is friendly but amenities lacking, especially at the Deluxe location, which is a 350 meter walk away up the road (also not clearly indicated when booking). Restaurant is also in other hotel. Nice room, comfortable and quiet with superb view. Minibar is great, but with lack of food services in area, a coffee station is required, either in the rooms or in common area as listed in description.

Highly recommend it *5*, might not be a fancy big chain worldwide known hotel... but what makes it special and unique is the "Staff" from the Ladies at the front desk to the housekeeping lady and the drivers that transport you for free from and to the hotel to downtown up to 4 times a day, Really nice people. Also, they offer free breakfast! Definitely coming back on the next trip.

The hotel was not in the location shown on Expedia. Rather than being in the center of town it is high on a hill, requiring a steep walk down and back up the hill to visit the center. My room was not at the main hotel but at a secondary location which was a walk down the street and down a hill. The property has many stairs to go down to the garden then more stairs to the room. The room has a nice coloured glass window, but it has no curtain, so the lights in the garden shine in the room all night. There were no baked goods for breakfast as stated on the offer for the room, and to get a coffee in the morning it is required to walk back to the main hotel. The

Se anuncian como que tienen estacionamiento, pero la realidad es que te hacen quedar en otra sucursal a una cuadra en una calle empedrada e inclinada. Entonces ahí vas cargando tus maletas y la banqueta es muy reducida. Te dicen que en la propiedad no puedes dejar tu vehículo por que es la casa del dueño y el ocupa. Esta super lejos del centro, no como anuncian qué caminando llegas super rápido. La verdad decepciona que mientan asi en la publicidad. Evidentemente no es apta para personas con poca movilidad o sillas de ruedas.

Excelente experiencia en este hotel en Guanajuato. Las vistas son simplemente espectaculares: desde el hotel se puede disfrutar de panorámicas increíbles de la ciudad, especialmente al atardecer. Es un lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. El personal merece una mención especial: siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Se nota un verdadero interés por el bienestar de los huéspedes. La limpieza es impecable, todo se mantiene en perfectas condiciones, lo cual hace la estancia aún más cómoda. Los desayunos son muy ricos y a un precio accesible, una excelente opción para empezar el día sin necesidad de salir. Viajamos con un perro de asistencia y no tuvimos ningún problema, lo cual se agradece mucho y demuestra profesionalismo y respeto. El único punto a considerar es el estacionamiento, que puede parecer un poco complicado o incluso algo riesgoso al principio, pero con un poco de experiencia se puede manejar sin problema. En general, una experiencia muy positiva. Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendamos ampliamente.
