Our AC wasn’t working well the 1st night & we were moved to another room & Robert from the front desk also gifted us a beautiful & delicious charcuterie board & comped us a bottle of wine of my choice for our inconvenience. I was not expecting that at all. He definitely went above & beyond to apologize & made up of for the bad AC. We stay here at least 2-3 times per year & we absolutely love our stays here. It’s very quiet & peaceful at night & the breakfast included with your stay is delicious too.
