We loved this boutique hotel. Great location for our stay and nearby lots of fantastic restaurants. The included breakfast basket and free mini bar was a nice surprise and convenient for early morning travels. Air conditioning was perfect as well, very much needed in the insane heat during August. Check-in information could have been clearer as it took us a while to identify which floor to go to. Otherwise perfect!

I thought the breakfast that was provided was delicious! Fresh rolls delivered each morning with coffee provided in the room with juice. I found finding the hotel and knowing where to go on the inside to find the reception desk rather difficult. Only one room has a deck-so don’t get your hopes up. Great location and helpful staff!

The hotel is located close to Termini station and close to major attractions in Rome. The breakfast consisted of pastries, some yogurt, and bottled fruit drinks. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the hotel until our room was ready. We found some hair on towels and a used jelly package was included with our breakfast supplies.

Check in and room were on the third floor so you need to put your bags in a small elevator to get them upstairs.. The room was great. Everything was quiet. Nice and clean The staff was very helpful. The pastries and rolls were a nice touch. Yes we would stay again the location was nice we walked to the trevi fountain, Spanish steps and the coleseum.

We had a great 2-night stay at Aenea Guest House in Rome. The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, the room was a good size and very comfortable, the A/C was excellent and necessary (in July). Great location, easy 20 minute walk to the Colosseum one way and the Trevii Fountain the other. Also 5 minutes walk from the metro for connections to the city and the main train terminal. Overall, a very good experience.
