Excelente atendimento. Boa localização para quem está viajando de carro e pretende visitar o Parque Vila Velha. Perto da rodovia e zona industrial. Hotel novo, quarto limpo, bem organizado, excelente café da manhã. Banheiro com ótimo chuveiro e banheira (quarto 223). A única observação: faltou uma área para trabalho no quarto.

Reclamação formal – Falha na prestação dos serviços Venho registrar formalmente minha reclamação em razão da grave falha na prestação dos serviços durante minha tentativa de hospedagem no Slaviero Ponta Grossa. Sou cliente da rede há anos e, justamente pela confiança construída ao longo desse período, optei por realizar minha reserva sem sequer imaginar que encontraria uma experiência tão decepcionante. Ao chegar à cidade, constatei que a unidade não está mais localizada na região central, como anteriormente, mas em uma área isolada, cercada por terrenos baldios e praticamente sem movimento. Tal circunstância me causou imediata preocupação, principalmente porque retornaria ao hotel por volta das 23h30, após ministrar uma palestra, horário em que a sensação de insegurança seria ainda maior. Ainda assim, por já possuir reserva confirmada, realizei o check-in, acreditando que ao menos encontraria as condições mínimas de conforto e funcionalidade esperadas de uma rede hoteleira do porte da Slaviero. Infelizmente, isso não ocorreu. O apartamento apresentava a pia do banheiro completamente entupida, impossibilitando seu uso. O chuveiro fornecia apenas água extremamente quente, sem qualquer possibilidade de regulagem, evidenciando defeito no sistema de mistura de água. Como se não bastassem essas falhas estruturais, tentei solicitar um lanche antes de sair para meu compromisso profissional e fui surpreendido com a negativa da cozinh, sob a justificativa de que estava sendo prepa...

Chegamos em plena chuva e na hora do jogo . Fomos atendidos prontamente pela recepção q nos colocou no apt no terreo . Quarto grande , banheiro grande com ducha higiênica e ducha quente. A cama confortável com edredom . O ar condicionado era inverter , pq estava frio . A noite jantamos no próprio hotel , prato bem servido , preço justo e taça de vinho . Pela manhã o café da manhã tinha varias opções de paes , bolos , frutas , yogurte. Maquina de café e capuccino, suco de laranja ( caixa ) e outros . O check out rapido . A única coisa q senti falta foi o estacionamento coberto , principalmente pela chuva .
