Keurig machine rather than brewed coffee, packaged pastry items, whole fruit without an adequate knife for cutting. They really should do better.

Tv and internet not working

I arrive 7:50 and did the check in the girl up front was quick and rushed to leave and hang me a key. I got to the room and the tv was not working. I try to call the front desk after hours phone numbers and no one answered!!!! Next morning I mention at front desk and still no one bother to come in and check the tv for me. Very disappointed.
