Honestly.... Its fine. There were automation issues. I got texts about getting kicked out of my room for noise violations (they have noise sensors in the rooms btw), when I wasnt there. Turns out a fire alarm had gone off. Also, I had already checked out and they texted me later with the checkout procedures... It is hightech concept for a preAI world... Now it just feels dated and sad. But the room was fine. Floor was sticky, and no desk for working. Wifi was good

Positives: great location, decent room, great access to nightlife and tourist attractions; rooms are quiet; good pricing; amazing rooftop views. The negatives: common areas are a bit dingy and stale smelling; parking is totally unavailable, and this is not clearly stated and parking lots can run very steep which adds to the otherwise reasonable price of the room; when I did write the management company with a couple of questions they never responded. Overall, if you were looking to enjoy a really great central location and don’t have a car this is a very ideal situation.

Located within a long walk to Pike Place Market, nice going downhill. Parking available at Harvard garage, enter when attendant present and you can reserve for 3 days, otherwise it is out by 7 am. Access worked perfectly. Nice size room with fully stocked kitchenette. Appreciated the coffee!
