I had a fantastic 3-day stay in Madrid! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful whenever I had questions, and the breakfast selection was amazing. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid!

Excellent hotel, seems much better than a three star hotel. If you want a rather cheap hotel with a good location this is a good choice

Stayed here when we went to MadCool festival. Very nice hotel with lots of good places to eat within walking distance. My only criticism is that the cleaners scraped the beds around the rooms early in the mornings and even with ear plugs they woke us up.

Fabulous hotel in a superb location. We never needed the metro. Everywhere we go is practically a walking distance. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms. My only negative is the shower - it is impossible to keep a steady temperature, either too hot or too cold.

Good hotel close to lots of attractions and transport. The metro station is 5 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes in walking distance. The pool is smaller than appears on the photos, but is good to cool down. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We traveled with a baby and an 8 year old, the family room had 4 twins with two pushed together which was great for baby to sleep in the middle. Location was good, easy walk from Plaza Mayor. Restaurants, grocery, hop on bus nearby. Pool was nice and rooftop was beautiful. Breakfast was great, we did ala cart it was $14 a day, coffee was $2 if you just want that. Quiet, clean and great staff with awesome recommendations for sightseeing.

Very nice hotel, friendly informative helpful staff. Pool is small but perfect for cooling off. Perhaps could do with more/comfortable sun loungers. Great location and nice and cool air con in the public areas.

This hotel is conveniently located with access to the metro. It is close enough to all the action yet far enough from the hustle and bustle. Nice stay overall…

The breakfast included a good variety of options. The fresh fruit in the heat of Madrids August summer was a welcome treat with watermelon, melon, pineapple and oranges every morning. If you like pastries or a cooked breakfast or eggs, bacon and more. There was a good selection of bread and more.

Staff was very attentive and cordial. Breakfast is of a good quality and varied. Location is very convenient, only a few minutes walk from the world famous Aqueduct. I paid parking but I think it’s not strictly necessary because the surrounding areas have parking available although to your own risk.

I felt very comfortable here at this hotel. The people there were very friendly. The man who checked us in gave us a wealth of information about good places to eat and sites to see. The man at the bar area was very friendly and took great care of us when we sat to have an easy affordable dinner. I will be back with my family again. Thanks to all at the hotel. You are wonderful. Sincerely Heather
