Lovely and welcoming hotel

The hotel was a lovely hotel for it's star rating. The reception staff were very friendly helpful and informative and spoke english for the non francophones. As the rugby world cup was on the weekend I stayed there the staff were super informative to all visiting fans regarding transportation to the city centre and around the city. I would stay there again

Use the hotel parking!!!

Checking in was somewhat confused due to some planning mistake by the hotel but the staff solved that after 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately we declined paying €8.90 to park in the hotel parking and left the car in the street. DON'T DO THAT!!! Two broken car windows, stolen luggage and 3 hours at the police station ruined our day but the hotel staff tried to help us as well as they could. Hotel room ok, didn't try their breakfast.

Équipe très aimable et professionnelle. Possibilité de stationner dans garage fermé et surveillé attenant à l’hôtel. Chambres propres et bien équipé, y compris la salle de bain. Bon literie. Juste le style et déco qui date un peu. Possibilités de restauration à proximité de l’hôtel très limité mais le tram passe tout près et qui vous amène en centre-ville en 15mn.
