Very nice hotel at an excellent price versus quality ratio. We had a big room with balcony looking at the Lago Maggiore. Very nice terasse on the 5th Floor 360 ° view. Breakfast was the best we had during our one month trip in 9 different cities. 15 minutes walk to the boats or the city core.

The hotel was like a step back in time, which we absolutely loved. The staff were all incredible, kind, considerate and caring. The service they provided was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. The meals were lovely as were the drinks on the terrace and canapés. The pool area was lovely and the pool itself a welcome relief from the heat of the day. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Loved the hotel, surrounded by beautiful rose bushes! Stayed in room 341 with gorgeous lake view. Breakfast was great. The only thing is that's about a 20 minute walk to Stresa, however, the walk is beautiful along the lake. Highly recommend.

This hotel is really worn down. We were a bit disappointed with the state of the hotel and especially the rooms needed renovation. The squeaky floors from the neighbors woke us up in the morning and the refrigerator was also really noisy. We could hear everything that was going on in the hallway and the rooms next door. The atmosphere was 1970’s, in a cool way, but things were just a little too worn. Location was really good and the pool area was nice.
