For under 70$ a night this was a great deal. It was spotless and appeared to be maintained its paint and repairs regularly. I would absolutely stay here again. Very nice after weeks of traveling to have a hotel with a separate bedroom and a couch.

Staff was more than friendly and the property was well maintained and within walking distance of a few different restaurants. The room itself had faulty wiring in the lighting, the oven still had food caked in the bottom of it, and there were dead bugs all over the bathroom counter and bath tub. There was also a bottle of cleaning solution left on top of the stove.

Honestly, I should of expectd this for a "Studio 6" You get what you pay for. The hotel room keys didnt work, the workers kept having to unlock the room door. There were ants EVERYWHERE. The kitchen, the bathroom. The staff were pretty nice and friendly.

Awesome experience. At first the refrigerator didn’t work. But staff handled me with special care and replaced with another refrigerator before my stay was up. The older front desk lady is awesome. She handles every situation that comes up professionally. I do plan to return next year

The front desk host was very friendly even though she was brand new. On initial view the room looked okay, we weren’t really expecting a five star room. But there was hair in the sink, a toothpick in the tub, the mattress had no mattress cover and was sitting on a platform. I always look for bedbugs, that platform was filthy. There was no sign of bedbugs, but there was so much hair it was disgusting. I had to clean before I could sleep there. Luckily I brought my own bedding. They did not provide bath towels only hand towels, we had to go ask for them. They said they were doing laundry. If you are desperate for a cheap room it will do, but be prepared.

You could tell the staff was doing their best, but the hotel was overbooked and the room type we reserved was no longer available. When we finally got to a room, the bed sheets were dirty, the towels were dirty and the shower and counter were disgusting. When we called downstairs to get new sheets they told us there were no maid so they couldn't do anything. So we had to come up with a solution for them... they let us come back down to get the sheets ourselves, which ended up being stained too. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the whole place. Didn't shower or walk barefoot for our whole stay.

It's been 3 weeks and my deposit has still not been returned. No notice has been given of complaints of condition I left it in. I left it in pristine condition but my deposit has been withheld. Very dishonest business.

Disappointed stay

Hotel is being converted from a residence to a hotel so only some rooms are available. Our king room with the kitchenette did not come with any utensils plates, cups, glasses, etc. But the manager gave us a set of dishes, glasses, utensils, and pots that usually go with a queen deluxe room. Wi-Fi did not work in our section of the hotel and it was not going to be fixed till the next day so it was not available for our stay. Bathrooms need to be totally renovated, but the main room and kitchen was good.

comfortable studio with full kitchen

One complaint was our inability to be given a ground floor room in this building. We are in our 80's and there was no elevator. It was hard to carry our stuff up the stairs. The next day the manager explained that we had bought a category of room that was restricted to the upstairs and suggested that in future we explicitly request ground floor accommodations. In addition we were not provided with bath or dish soap, cloths to wash and wipe the dishes, or sufficient utensils. On the plus side the view of the mountains was superb and we were able to make our own breakfast. We would stay here again.

You get what you pay for!

As soon as you walk in it looks nice..that’s about it! There’s a tv in the living room and a tv in the bedroom, the remote to the bedroom has only one battery I went to ask the office for some I got back and tv doesn’t work called front desk and the guy said bedroom tvs on the 2nd floor don’t work WTH so I guess they are just there for decoration. Tub was so stained it was disgusting! Tried flushing the toilet and it wouldn’t go down I called the front desk nobody answered all night long, in the morning I went to tell them they said they would send someone they never did I had to go to the office to use their bathroom. Bed was sooo uncomfortable you could feel every single spring in the mattress. Refrigerator was dirty and shelves were broken
