Spacious room. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was equipped with stove, fridge, microwave. The shower was small and the shower floor was very slippery with an incline; could benefit from non-slip application. The courtyard was cute and the security entry was appreciated. Doable 2.5 block walk from train station. Restaurants steps away from property gate. I’d stay here again.

Overall, my stay was satisfactory, primarily due to the excellent location. The property is easily accessible from the train station and within walking distance of all major tourist destinations.However, a few areas fell short of expectations. First, the listing pictures implied that the kitchen was private and located inside the room. In reality, it was a shared common kitchen for the floor, and it was completely non-functional. Second, there was a very strong, overwhelming odor in the room upon arrival. We discovered it was coming from a fragrance diffuser; once we placed it inside a drawer, the smell dissipated. Lastly, while the room provided a water kettle and mugs, no coffee, tea, or milk pouches were supplied, which is standard for most hotels. With more accurate photos and better attention to room prep, this would be a much better place to stay.

Third time staying here. The location and the full kitchenette make this a find for the price. Close to the train station, central market, nice restaurants, the duomo and other popular sites. Apartment is clean and staff are friendly and helpful.
