Staff very nice and helpful. Property a good value for the money

8/10 Very good

The hotel never answers the telephone. They advertise that there is airport transfer, that was the main reason I chose it but had to pay 32€ each way by taxi, and I called 9 times in two hours and let it ring 10 minutes always to find out about the airport transfer and they never answered. The hotel says it’s 4 star but it’s more like 3 star. They should put more reception staff. Only one person there at 8 pm. Bed was comfortable and all very clean. And even free beverages in the room refrigerator. But the restaurant is not always open. Only a few hours a night.

I travel a lot, and I have to admit that if I were to return to Barcelona, I would definitely return to this hotel. The service was exceptional, the food was good, and it was clean. I highly recommend it.

Great breakfast, good bus connections during the day. The only complaint i have about the property was they charged additional 3% for doing the transaction in US dollars even though my credit card was capable of paying in Euros.

We just stayed one night and had a good experience. The room was very clean. The only downside was that the bed was quite firm and we both woke up with a sore back. It was great otherwise.

Stay was very nice, the only complaint was the food for breakfast wasn’t very fresh. But it was very close to the airport so nice and convenient.

8/10 Very good

Check in was quick and easy, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Only thing was that the rooms weren’t overly soundproof and obviously lots of people stay to get to the airport so noise started quite early from other rooms

Would stay again

Absolutely fantastic customer service + breakfast + cleanliness. Loved it so much that I booked it again for my second trip to Barcelona. It is close to airport. Far from city center but well worth the commute. Newer hotel. Staff is super helpful. Will stay again here. Highly recommend.
