The staff were very friendly, specifically Diane on the front desk then arikul as well. Also ahmedat the valet parking made us feel so welcome all the time and happily servicing with our car. The sevice was outstanding.

Stay at Wyndham

Nice and clean hotel. Just at the end wing of Palm Jumeirah. Cabs easily accessible and Atlantis Aqua Water Park is only 10 mins drive.

Internet, tv are laggy. Very minimal amenities. Basically no dining options. No bar. Couldn’t get a chair on the beach the 3 days we were there. Expect to pay $40 each way for an Uber to get anywhere. I would rate this as an overpriced 2 star accommodation.

GREAT hotel, house keeper Mr. Ramjan made my family feel like at home, so helpful, courteous, professional. Every hotel should have this quality service, property managment must be proud of having this quality employees working for them. Thank you again Mr. Ramjan. Overall this hotel has an over 5 star service!!! Cannot wait to go back on my next visit to Dubai

Sadly another negative review for a Wyndham hotel. The hotel itself is really nice, fantastic room and great staff. However the room I had overlooked massive building works which was super noisy except on Sunday when there was no work. The hotel describes itself as having a beach and pool, well it doesn’t as it’s a private beach club. We were told and all the signs say you have to walk to another hotel.

We had a great stay at Windham and thoroughly enjoyed our spacious one bedroom apartment. The resort, pool and beach area are clean, well organized and activities are available like boating and boarding and more. The restaurants offerings were good but room service food was definitely to be improved. The housekeeping staff who took care of our room were wonderful and very helpful with all our requests. We will definitely be back to Windham as soon as possible! Thank you to all the staff!

I had a special time at this property, amazing location, views, and room. Amazing staff at valet, reception, housekeeping. The greek restaurant food was delicious. Bertha at reception was a highlight. The Thai soup and nachos from 24 dishes can be improved, as can the peperoni pizza. Also, the pool staff don't display the same level of hospitality/friendliness as the others.

The property is not soundproof. The noise coming from the outdoor activities are very annoying. Also, we were always hearing the noise of the drainage water coming from the floors above when someone is showering or washing to the extent that me, my wife and my kids couldn't sleep during night.

Not Satisfactory

Hotel is fine but i was expecting more from an elite 5 star hotel. The service wasnt a 5 star treatment. The hotel accomodities are fine however the restaurant was very disappointing, i felt inside 3 star restaurant so small, there isnt food variety at all. I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy the half board or full board, kts better if you eat a burger from the beach restaurants.

The doorman was less than helpful. We complained about it because we had a very bad experience with this guy. The hotel gave us a dinner for free, but it’s difficult to delete the unwelcome moment. To say see view it was relative or funny because there is a line of houses in front of the hotel, so there is not really a sea view. There is no room service after the restaurant timings. So after 10:30 there is nothing to eat. Not very convenient. They need to improve the cleanliness or train the staff better. In general it was good. But very far from the city if you need to go several times per day.
