The of our Road Trip

On our way home to Michigan and Quality Inn Joliet was our last stay for the day. We enjoyed the conversations with Sandy S the employee at Whiskey River Bar & Grill for the Quality Inn. Thank you Sandy, for being such a great person during our stay.

Front desk staff were on point! Friendly, helpful and all around pleasant. Bathroom was small but the room was ok. The mini fridge was extremely convenient and the AC works almost to well.

4/10 Fair

Stayed here for a quick overnight and the only positive was the comfortable bed which is really what we needed. Definitely an outdated hotel That’s trying to be revived. Unfortunately, the Fridge didn’t work, the bathroom looked old and outdated, the air was either too cold or too hot and the main elevator was out of service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
