We never received our email as promised for our check in instructions. We arrived and luckily ran into a housekeeper that was able to get in touch with the host to get our codes to get in. I’m not sure what would have happened had we not run into her. We were a little disappointed in the kitchen provisions. The only snacks available were goldfish crackers and Kraft mac n cheese microwaveable cups. The coffee you have to make yourself, which was fine. Our room was clean and decently appointed. The bathroom and shower were tiny, but in these old homes, that’s one of the characteristics. All in all it was a decent stay. The house is decorated fun and eclectic. Our swinging bed was pretty comfortable, but the ceilings are lower and we had to duck around not to hit our heads.

We loved our stay here! Located in a scenic part of Savannah just minutes from downtown, the location makes it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. A very well located boutique hotel. Learned actually two houses. I stayed in the red house. Very modern kitchen and attractive room. Room temperature fluctuated during the night. Host provided needed ear plugs as construction across the street and night road noises from time to time. Well worth visiting again.

The owner is so kind - my train was cancelled and it was no problem to book a room late the night after I checked out. Hotel really fun with decor, shared bathrooms were not a problem at all. Barely noticed. The area around the hotel is fantastic. Lots of artsy shops and bars. Easy access to downtown too. I mostly walked but also took the free shuttle bus. You won’t regret a trip to Savannah. Wow!!
