8/10 Very good

The stay was great. The only issue was that Hotels.com hadn’t passed our booking through to the hotel in spite of confirming our booking. Fortunately the hotel was not full and they were able to accommodate our party of eight. Had the booking not been lost the hotel would have got five stars. The staff were truly excellent. It’s a shame the same cannot be said of hotels.com communications with the hotel.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was good for the price. The only real issue was the number of menu items not available, which as I am a vegetarian means that you were left with one or possibly two or three if you hacked the menu. That said, the staff were all extremely nice and did their best to help.

2/10 Poor

HONEST

No air conditioning, no Wi-Fi, electricity constantly going off, and charged twice for rooms
