Room is not as big as expected. OK to sleep. Breakfast is fine, with lots of choices. Location is quiet and close to train station. Receptionist Oleg is kind and responsible who took care the parcel service for my bags left behind at the hotel. Thanks!

6/10 Good

Average at best.

Good central location and parking. However very small double room, air conditioner seemed not to be working well. Rooms seemed worn down and outdated. Receptionist friendly, but breakfast seemed chaotic at peak hours. Staff not able to refill and clean and annoyed by request to refill. We would not book it again.

Great place to stay with secure parking

Rooms were clean and fresh, but just a bit on the small side, which didn’t really affect us. Staff were friendly and helpful
Verified review

6/10 Good

The double room I booked was tiny, with an open shower that spilt water on the floor that made it slippery and dangerous, and no sink in the separate toilet, which mean navigating around the bed that took up nearly all the room space to wash my hands. The breakfast was meh by Ibis standards, overall a disappointment for an Ibis Styles. I would not have wanted to share this room with anyone.

8/10 Very good

The family room had 2 double beds and one of them was a sofa bed with a not very good mattress. My husband shared this with our eldest son and had a terrible nights sleep. The other bed which I shared with my other younger son was really comfortable. An option for single beds for the kids would have been preferred. Apart from this the room was good value for money, the staff were really helpful and we had a lovely stay.

The staff are fantastic! Very helpful nothing is too much bother. The only issue I do have is with the door cards, had to go down everyday at least once to get it reissued as it would not read at all on the door reader.
