2/10 Poor

Would not recommend

The AC in our room did not work. The breakfast was horrible. There was a roach in the breakfast area. The area was unclean.
Alma, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Lack luster

It was a place to sleep. The bed was hard and the sheets had a stain that didn't wash out. The towels were thread bare. The shower still had hair on the wall. The gravy was good but looked really watery and the sausages were still frozen or at best cold.

I always love staying here, the gentleman checking in every evening that I've stayed is so friendly and kind and helpful. The rooms are always cleaned immaculately and the beds are pretty comfortable too. I like the full breakfast and the customer service is outstanding.

Repeat stay

We had stayed here before but had a different room this time. It was not in as great of condition as the room we had in the past. They are pet friendly and have great amenities for pets.

They have to remodel their rooms.

not-so-good. Friendly staff but not a good service at all. Even they do not have a lid for coffee. We asked buy simple answer : we don't have it.

Clean and comfortable

Exactly what we needed in route to Boise. Despite it's proximity to the freeway, the noise wasn't bad. The property shows some signs of wear, but nice and clean. Met the new owners who were very nice and seemed proud of the property. If they take care of a few little details, they'll have something nice here in Rawlins. The breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular but about what you expect and a nice start to the day. Overall, we were please with our one night stay and would stay there again.
Stephen, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The room was suitable and clean.

2/10 Poor

Don’t stay here.

Hotel looks great from outside. Inside is disgusting. Our room had a spot for refrigerator but it was missing. Tv didn’t work. Hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Water fountain was broken. Breakfast next morning was out of eggs and no one around to tell. And couldn’t find anyone to check me out. Disaster of a hotel.
David, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Its a nice hotel. My room was on the freeway side it was pretty noisy with the traffic. The room was wondering and roomy.
Patricia, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

We only stayed a few hours as we got here at midnight and left around 7 am. Unfortunately, the highway noise here made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was ok.
Torin, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

No lamps in room, wall stained with some sort of spill stain. Had to give up room key in order to check out. Never have been asked to do that before at other hotels.

Decent for what you pay

It was a decent stay for what you pay for. Not as fancy but I was impressed at the room's condition although I read some bad reviews. It was not bad. I definitely would give it another try in the future. Check-in was quick with the gentleman at the front desk
Giancarlo, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Staff & service very good. Property needs some maintenance work in interior. Property has no landscaping and therefore is unappealing.
A., 1-night trip

Meh…

Staff was nice but the hotel was not clean, breakfast was minimal in comparison to other locations and was gross. Very watery gravy (brown water with small amount of chunk-you can guess what it looked like…disgusting), scrambled eggs were cold and microwaved sausage that was kind of gray colored. Went to get water from the water fountain and it was shut off. Popcorn popper but no popcorn, no remote in the room for the TV, dirty walls and couch in my room (no way I was sitting on it)! It seemed like every corner was cut to save money at the expense of those paying to stay at the hotel. I have stayed at other Microtel locations and loved them. This one needs to step it up.
