We only stayed one night and it was more than fine for our purpose. This is an older hotel that needs updating but it was clean and in a good location. We rented a connected double room with kitchen but kitchen cabinets were completely empty with not even glasses or basic silverware provided (in case you were expecting any for longer stays)

Excellent service!

We came for a 4 nigths stay as a family. We booked the 2 bedroom alternative, and it was perfect! We had the most amazing view of the entire city from both windows and balcony. The kitchen was very good, but lacked plates and glasses. But here comes the best part of the stay: The service was excellent! Anything we asked was provided immideately by a helpful and smiling staff, I have never experienced better service! So, even if the furniture in the livingroom was a bit old and worn out and it seemed to be few guests at this particular time of the year, we will definitely stay here during our next visit to Ankara too.

This place has a kind of 'faded glory'. A nice property in a decent location, with free parking, friendly staff and plenty of local amenities, just needs some renovations. Pool is nice and gym is ok, but some machines need fixing. The view from our second floor room was stunning, we could see right across the city. Spacious room and comfy beds, although the sofa bed was complicated to set up and we never did work out how to close it. Decent self serve breakfast and washing machine in the bathroom came in useful, just be aware if you intend cooking for yourself there is just 2 pans, some plates, spoons and forks - nothing else, no utensils, cups, glasses... maybe you could ask the staff, we were only staying one night so no issue for us.

Truly the Best

The NICEST staff I’ve ever met. They all seemed to really enjoy their job to make our stay the best possible. They were so accommodating and went out of their way to make us happy. The beds were perfectly comfortable, the room was clean, and it had an incredible view from only the first floor. We stayed in the standard room and were absolutely delighted with everything. We would come back there again.

Comfortable stay when traveling with family

I was traveling with my family, my husband, mom and my brother. We didn't want to stay in individual hotel rooms, so we picked Apart Best Hotel. We were greeted very nicely by the staff. We were given two apartment suites, one had a bathroom and a bedroom, and another apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, living room and a kitchen. It was plenty of space and felt homey. The beds were a little bit hard and the decor was dated, but overall it was a comfortable stay.

+ Evcil hayvan kabul edilen odaları var, reception görevlileri nazik, otelin konumu iyi, banyo geniş, konuma göre pahalı sayılmaz, temizlik görevlileri iyi insanlar, odalar temiz, kahvaltı iyi. Otelde kediler geziniyor onlar tatlıydı. - Özellikle sigarasız oda istediğimiz halde başta tahsis edilen odada sigara içilmişti ve küllük vardı ayrıca fotoğrafların aksine oturma alanı yoktu. Mağduriyetimiz üzerine indirimli olarak 2 gün için 2000 tl ekstra ödeyerek oturma odası olan bir odaya geçebildik. Yine fotoğrafların aksine odadaki eşyalar çok eski, koyu renkli ve sıkıcı idi. Ayrıca aşırı eski ve gürültülü bir buzdolabı vardı. Anladığım kadarıyla evcil hayvan kabul edilen odalar böyle eski püskü diğer odalar ise yenilenmiş. Halı olmaması makul ama eşyalar daha yeni olabilirdi. Evcil kedim banyoya ya da buzdolabına ne yapabilir ki? Yastıklar çok sönüktü, yatak da pek rahat değildi. Kedi için günlük 5 avro ek ücret alınıyor ve sözleşme imzalatılıyor. Çıkışta odayı kontrol ettirdim ve sözleşmenin altına kaşe vurulup odaya hiçbir hasar verilmediği ibaresi (talebim üzerine) yazıldı ve imzalandı, fotoğrafını çekip ayrıldık. Gereksiz bir durum. Havyan seven tesislerde böyle sözleşme işlerine ya da standartların epeyce altında oda tahsis etmek gibi yöntemlere başvurulmamalı bence. Halısız ve nispeten daha eski eşyalar kabul edilebilir ama aynı ücreti ödüyorken çifte standart hissi verilmemeli. İlk gün, girişte, odaya eşlik eden kişi çok sert mizaçlıydı, rahatsız edici bulduk.
