Very comfortable hotel, with fabulous views over the water. Wonderful location with St Mark's and other main sights all close by. Also situated right next to a waterbus stop making journey to airport, Murano, Burano and rest of Venice extremely easy. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout. Very good breakfast with lots of choice of hot and cold dishes, and gluten-free bread as standard.

Absolutely Great location. Steps to the vaporetto stop. Walk to the Basilica. Boat to Murano and airport from the vaporetto stand. Steps to buzzy places to drink and eat. Check in guy was great but they dont really help with booking taxis. I mean you trust hotels more than unknown taxi booking phone numbers. The lift was super slow. We took the steps a couple of times. The air conditioning was ok. Breakfast was good. Value for money and certainly worth staying.
