The staff are so friendly, breakfast is very good (omelettes to order are a plus) and the rooms are very quiet. Spa is great and the 295kr is fair enough Monday to Thursday but 395kr Friday to Sunday is excessive although it’s another company who runs it. Only big thing that could be improved would be updating the TVs! Very good stay all in all.

This hotel is conveniently located near the station. The room was spacious and clean. Please note that there are no amenities such as toothbrushes or cotton swabs, so you will need to bring your own. The reception staff were all kind and welcoming. Thank you very much!

Hotel was fine. Rooms were clean, functional and breakfast was extensive and tasty. Two points that take away from 5 star would be the bed size / comfort level. We booked a "standard double" and the bed was smaller than we are used to (neither of us are large, especially by swedish standards) and it was too soft. Our advice would be to pay for the room/bed upgrade if bed size and sleep quality are dealbreakers for you. The hotel bar also closes at 2330, which is early in our experience for a large hotel bar, presumably due to local licencing laws

Everything is great, apart from the restaurant (Social Bar&Restaurant). It´s a really nice hotel located close to the City Central Station. Staff is lovely, the room was clean and nice with a good bed. Not to mention the spa at 8th with sauna and a big hot pool on a winter night viewing the skyline of Stockholm as it snows and the fog from the hot water swaying in the air. Magic. I had a great stay and will recommend it warmly. The breakfast, ohh my G, it´s one one of the best I´ve had. It´s just too bad that the staff running the Social Bar&Restaurant in the evening are on the lower tier. Waiters ignoring you, totally uninterested in giving advice about the menu and in a general speaking awful mood. The food brought to my table (veal schnitzel with fries) was not crisp, it was soft and tasteless covered in lard. The fries were soft too and really ugly. I get better food at Burger King than this overpriced posh scraps from the kitchen. After I finished, the staff once again ignored my table and didn´t bother to clear it, even though I put the plate at the end of the table so they might discover it. I even had to walk over to the counter and ask to pay. What a grease meal. So if you skip the restaurant at night and go for out to eat elsewhere, you are going to be fine and will have a lovely stay. The idiots running the restaurant are a threat to the hotels reputation and should be doing something else. than working in the restaurant business.

Pros: Excellent location, friendly staff, quiet room, and a solid breakfast. Cons: Housekeeping was below standard—stains on my bedsheet weren’t changed after cleaning, and tissue paper on the floor was left untouched, suggesting no proper vacuuming (just a quick blanket tidy). The first night was also unsettling: a man mistakenly entered my room while I was asleep due to a front-desk room assignment error. He apologized and left immediately, but it’s the last thing you want when traveling alone or with kids. Staff gave me a meal voucher and said they’d investigate, but I never received any follow-up. Overall: Decent strengths, but the cleanliness and safety lapse outweigh them. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless it’s for a discounted price.
