Pernottamento a Roma

L'albergo è centralissimo, pulito e confortevole, con personale cortese ed efficiente. Il letto matrimoniale in realtà aveva due materassi singoli affiancati, per cui, muovendomi nel sonno, finivo nello spazio tra i due materassi, sprofondavo e mi svegliavo. Inoltre, non so perché, pur avendo acquistato il pernottamento con la colazione compresa (che è uno dei punti di forza dell'albergo), alla reception mi hanno detto che la colazione non era inclusa. Sul loro foglio c'era scritto "Room only", mentre io, per risparmiare carta, avevo stampato solo la prima pagina della prenotazione, sulla quale, nella seconda pagina, era scritto chiaramente che la colazione era compresa.

Easy, clean and simple

I arrived late evening and was stayng one night. Room was very small, but in a good condition, clean, bright colours. I liked it. Due to the size of the room I would not choose fir a long stay, but for a good sleep over it was perfect.

Ble første natt plassert på et rom uten vindu. Pluss en ac som bare virket på veldig kald «vind». Fikk nytt rom fra andre natt. Presiserte at vi ville ha stort vindu. Det fikk vi, rommet var bra , men det viste seg å være fullt av mygg - med resultat mange myggstikk! Vinduene sto åpne hele dagen hvor vi var ute!

Not what it seems

The location is pretty good but the hotel should not be rated as 3 stars. The room needs some TLC. The view outside the window was a wall and there was very little light coming in. While the room was clean, I would never have chosen this hotel for the money I paid should I have known how it looks.

This hotel is acceptable if you’re on a budget and looking for a place to basically keep your things while you tour. The room we had was very small... typical of Europe. Fire alarms in the middle of the night, elevator broke down the morning we left, and if you didn’t let them clean your room at 0800, it wasn’t getting cleaned. The breakfast was basically fruit, croissants and hard boiled eggs... if you want any anything more, you have to walk to one of the other nearby hotels and pay for their breakfast. The elevator only holds 2 grown adults... weight or size, it’s small and doesn’t hold much. You’re playing musical chairs getting a family up and down from the room if you have anything more than two people. I was rather nervous riding the rickety thing! The beds were OK... not comfortable my any means, but for a few days they were ok. The restaurants downstairs are actually quite good! I’d recommend La Bottega next door. It’s not close to ANY of the major tourist spots, so you’ll be walking a bit to get anywhere. The outside and look of the hotel was a little sketchy too... lots of trash on the street, the front of the hotel could use some cleaning, and the lobby was a bit run down. Again, if you’re heading to Rome on a budget... this place will work. Just keep your expectations low.

Hotel situato in posizione ottima. Buonissimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Soluzione ideale per chi non ha pretese particolari. Camera spaziosa ed essenziale, colazione non variegatissima ma con prodotti freschi.
