This is my second stay here, breakfast is mediocre at best. Simple eggs, dry sausage patties and potatoes. There was no oatmeal in the pot left and was never refilled before breakfast ended 1 hour later. Only 1 piece of bread and 1 bagel left, again with 1 hour breakfast ended. They had multople oatmeal toppings and compotes and salsas that if removed from the menu, they could use that money towards better hot products. If there is no oatmeal or bread to use these toppings on, then what good are they doing?? Just a thought.
The tv in room is very finicky. the couch and bed are both very comfortable, bathroom clean, however that is where I found 2 extra "uninvited guests" running around in the tub. (roaches).
I immediatley packed up my belongings and took to the car and made numerous trips out there to retrieve only what was needed.
Front desk staff, especially Devin and Hailey, were very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to ensure I was staisfied and didn't have any concerns.
The ladies cleaning rooms were very friendly and willing to accomodate with anything I may have needed.
The battery to the key card mechanism to my door ended up dying and even the maid could not get it open. Luckily my guest was in the room asleep and woke up to let me in. Maintenance was there to fix rather quickly.
I would stay here again. If they do some pest control first.
Cannot speak about the amenities as the pool and hotub were still closed. did not use anything else
