From front desk experience to encounter with hospitality staff, they were all wonderful. My daughter and I were alone and felt safe. It was a quiet are and walkable to some quick food options and some small shops that were neat. I was worried because the price was so reasonable, but GREAT VALUE FOR PRICE!!!!

Great budget motel that was very quiet and clean. Great location for access to Universal Studios. For the price compared to other nearby locations, it was overall cheaper. Rooms were simple but well kept. A/C is loud but typical of what you would expect. Parking is well lit and did not have any issues. Staff not always directly visible but had an issue with key card not working late in the evening and rang bell and staff came immediately.

Check in was fast and easy we were able to check in early. Staff was nice. The room was clean and liked that it provided a mini fridge and microwave. The place was quiet so I was able to have a good night rest. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family and anyone who wants to enjoy a nice quiet stay

The property was very clean!! The property is not updated and there are no amenities but the staff were friendly and welcoming and it was clean and safe. My family of 7 needed a place to sleep for a night and both of our rooms were highly adequate. I'd stay here again and recommend others to do so. Also, MAJOR plus was that the hotel is less than 7 miles from Universal which was less than a 20 minute drive in rush hour.
