We stayed 2 night, the room, breakfast, clealiness were all good. At the check out, we were late and requested 30 more minutes to pack up and get ready (soon after breafast). The late working (june 15th at 11am) said they could not provide late check out. We insisted we just needed a few more minutes, so in a very rude manner she pushed back saying we were placing her in a bad spot, she was not the owner and those were her instructions. By this time, our nerves were hot. We aked what happen if we went over the check out time, to which the lady kept being rude. At the end the bitter taste of this experience will make leave the stablishment and want to recomend this hotel. The front desk lady was not prepared to acomodate, have a simple talk or be kind. This lack of preparation is not acceptable to a 4 star hotel. If management gets to see this review, there are a number of alternative responses to being rude, even when the client has to be informed they should leave as soon as posible. Like, our policy is check out at 11, please do your best to leave as soon as you pack. Or, if you extend XX min, we will be forced to apply a surcharge.
Nothing like this was offered, just "we cannot" do it.
The end of story is that we checked out at 11.12 and nothing happened, besides the bad taste of speaking again to an unpolite and not very clever front desk "professional".
