My wife and I recently spent a week here. Overall we were very satisfied with our choice. The number 4 bus to old town starts here which was convenient for getting a seat. The sunsets are amazing, the restaurant on the top floor was always best for available seating at sunset. All the amenities were excellent and the Wi-Fi worked everywhere. Breakfast was as good as all the reviews said, really. My only note about breakfast was that some mornings it really took a long time to get coffee as you have to wait for a server to get it for you. Not a game changer but something for the hotel to be aware of. Would definitely return.

I booked on Hotel.com 2 days before our arrival. Only wanted 1 night. Very happy with the hotel, had an upgrade to a suite with 2 shower rooms. Fruit and wine in our room. Super clean. Big towels, Loved the pool and beach area. Had delicious pizza there. Helpful staff everywhere. Beautiful views. Would recommend for an upmarket hotel.

Beautiful hotel on the coast, with a nice pool and loungers on the rocks with direct access to the sea. Amenities were excellent and there was a great choice available at breakfast. Staff were very helpful and easy access to the old town using bus number 4 which starts its route right outside the hotel every 20mins. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was a perfect way to end our trip in Croatia. The team was so helpful, offering any support we needed to figure out bus routes, arranging transportation, and making sure our stay was amazing. The hotel looks exactly like the photos, the sea and pool area were divine. Would love to stay here again in the future. Its well positioned between the ferry and old town, a short bus or uber/taxi will do the trick. And the airport is 35 minutes away.

I had an amazing stay at Dubrovnik Palace. The room was great and the staff was incredibly helpful! I will say there were instances where they treated me as if I wasn’t a guest due to my young age and appearance, and one of the people worked brushed me off til I mentioned my room and what I needed help with a second time. Otherwise my experience was amazing. The bus stop is right outside the hotel and is incredibly convenient.

The hotel is beautiful, we were upgraded to an executive room with a view of the sea, stunning to wake up to every morning. The staff are so friendly and helpful, so much to choose from for breakfast, everything is fresh. Great location with sea views from every room—our room had an incredible spot for watching the sunset, which was definitely one of the highlights of our evenings. Both breakfast and dinner offered decent quality and a good variety. However, service quality was very hit-or-miss. While some staff members were genuinely attentive, others were borderline rude, which was particularly disappointing. Another downside was the maintenance of the sunbed areas near the sea. They weren't cleaned regularly, and we found numerous cigarette butts left in the same spot day after day. Instead of rushing guests to leave in the evening, the team should focus on keeping the beach area clean. Overall, our stay was still very enjoyable and the hotel maintains a high standard—though I would rate it a solid 4-star rather than a 5-star experience.

Had a change in travel plans so booked this property closer to travel time. Very high end property. Staff very friendly and helpful. When we checked in with our passports and they saw that my husband had been born in Croatia (now a Canadian citizen) they upgraded us to a junior suite, which was beautiful, with 2 bathrooms, a sitting area, a big bedroom and a large deck looking out on the water. I can honestly say we have never stayed in anything quite that fancy before, and we appreciated their generosity and customer service.
