We stayed in a family annex apartment. It was perfect for our needs, comfortable bed, good service by house staff. We had regular cleaning and restocking of towels etc. My only critisisms would be, the microwave was up so high, I had to get food out by standing on a chair. This could prove an incredible risk to others, especially if you have children around, the same goes for the crockery and cutlery. The other thing was there was no where to plug the kettle or toaster in safely as the plug was either at floor level or next to the sink on a tiny bit of work surface. I had to place a dining chair by the plug to be able to use these appliances. Again, if there were children around it was an extreme danger. Also in the bedroom the plug and light switch were behind the pillows on one side of the bed, no matter how you positioned it. The electrical fittings for the hair dryer in the bathroom, positioned by the sink had exposed cables. The fixtures and fitting were ok, but not well secured in position and could be easily pulled over.

Clean large room, great location with wide promenade and huge sandy beach. Streets full of cafes, restaurants and shops. Couples or family- plenty of options and things to do for all. Highly recommend!

Great hotel. A few issues in the room allocated but these were rectified speedily. Breakfast was lovely, swimming pool was fantastic with plenty of loungers available. A little disappointed we had to pay for locker in the room but a small inconvenience. We booked the hotel cycles one morning and hire was cheap, only 4 euros for 2 hours. Management were good especially after not charging for additional occupancy as we had an extra guest join us midway through the week in our bedroom (note only charging for the additional breakfast). Overall great experience, a fantastic hotel where we could easily return in the future.

Check in staff were not the best, I was looking for my room for 30mins only to be told I was in a separate building, then given the wrong keys and no apology. Kitchen was very tight but useable. Air conditioning was absolutely brilliant, check out staff were better as was the lady who gave me a late check out options. Didn't really use hotel facilities. Cleaners were available daily if needed.

We stayed in a spacious room featuring a wide balcony equipped with two adjustable chairs, a table, and a convenient clothes drying rack. The room included a small refrigerator, which was effective for keeping drinks cold. Upon arrival, the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine. The bathroom was equipped with a large shower cabin and an electric towel dryer. The breakfast provided was very nice. Wi-Fi connection was consistently slow and unstable; utilizing mobile data on a personal phone offered a much better connection. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, and the hotel can be recommended.

We absolutely loved this hotel it was so clean! We had a room way larger than expected overlooking the beach it was perfect we couldn't have asked for more . The food every morning and evening was a different menu so we didnt feel the need to eat anywhere other than the hotel all week. Over all id rate this hotel a 10/10 from our experience.
