Great hotel. A few issues in the room allocated but these were rectified speedily. Breakfast was lovely, swimming pool was fantastic with plenty of loungers available. A little disappointed we had to pay for locker in the room but a small inconvenience. We booked the hotel cycles one morning and hire was cheap, only 4 euros for 2 hours. Management were good especially after not charging for additional occupancy as we had an extra guest join us midway through the week in our bedroom (note only charging for the additional breakfast). Overall great experience, a fantastic hotel where we could easily return in the future.

Check in staff were not the best, I was looking for my room for 30mins only to be told I was in a separate building, then given the wrong keys and no apology. Kitchen was very tight but useable. Air conditioning was absolutely brilliant, check out staff were better as was the lady who gave me a late check out options. Didn't really use hotel facilities. Cleaners were available daily if needed.

We absolutely loved this hotel it was so clean! We had a room way larger than expected overlooking the beach it was perfect we couldn't have asked for more . The food every morning and evening was a different menu so we didnt feel the need to eat anywhere other than the hotel all week. Over all id rate this hotel a 10/10 from our experience. Clean fresh smelling hotel. When first arrived room smelt a bit funky like a damp mouldy smell think it was coming from the shower but after getting a shower and opened doors on to balcony the smell went. Would definitely recommend the only other thing i would say is there was no air-conditioning switch in the room it wasn't too bad in October but I wouldn't have liked to stay there in july or August

The Hotel was very good. The Breakfast was great and offered everything. The staff were excellent and very proffesional.My only problem was the hotels veiw on Drinking Water. 2 bottles given on arrival but nothing after that, not even if you paid for it. Its the only hotel I've ever stayed in worldwide where drinking water was not readily available for Guests, so stock up before you go to bed.

Surprisingly just a basic Check in not particularly Welcoming - Room was Clean & Attentive Housekeeping - Bedding Strange Top Sheet/Blanket/Top Sheet - No Duvet?? with Bolster Pillows - Excessive Lighting (10 Lights) in Room which were extremely Bright - No Slip Mat in Shower - Very Dangerous! We had a Room with Partial Sea View ‘Partial being the ultimate word’ you could just see on the horizon between the tree tops a bit of Blue. Wasteful Excessive Lighting across the Whole of the Ground Floor during Daytime Brightly Sunshine Hours? Food sadly was Disappointing - Poor Variety unless you like Pork/Beef every meal especially the Children’s - In 9 days Chicken only Once and sadly No Paella - The Soups were awful I’ve never had Clear Minestrone. Bread and Fruit were not Fresh - Lots of Big Dishes and Bread everywhere gave a false illusion. Dessert Area - well the same Gateau’s just called differently including a Red Apple Cake? Breakfast Streaky Bacon/Fried Eggs swimming in Oil - Scrambled Eggs were inedible - No Fruit Yogurts or Fruit Purée to add to plain yogurt - Pastries again were not Freshly Baked. Across nearly all Dishes were Tasteless what you experience with Packet or Frozen Food - A Hotel of the Rating I would expect a ‘Chef’ in Residence who ensures a High Standard of Tasteful Dishes. Unfortunately we will not return to this Hotel.
