Very helpful staff at concierge and reception, made check in quick. You could tell the employees were happy to work at the hotel. I’ve traveled all over the world for decades for the price this is one of best places that I ever stayed !!! The staff at the front desk, the housekeeper on the 10th floor and in the sports bar on the 1st floor were exceptionally helpful. The absolute stand was the Breakfast Buffet though! It’s not included in the price of the room but it’s tremendous!!! I will definitely stay there again !!!

The staff in the restaurant and concierge are an example of great hospitality. The front desk staff need a great training to wear a smile whenever they face their checking in customers. Housekeeping staff should refrain from entering guest room until guest check out time is over or verify system what times guests check out times. Felt violated my privacy when I’m in the bathroom showering when housekeeping force open my door.

The hotel is located near the central district, and famous historic spots like ‘Largo do Senado’ and the ‘Ruínas de São Paulo’ are within walking distance. It also features a great pool area, a fitness center, and three restaurants. The gym area is quite impressive with a lot of equipment compared to other hotels. Rooms are spacious with spotless bathrooms. While the exterior of the building looks a bit dated, the interior facilities are well-maintained and clean. Good service and friendly staff!

Hotel is centrally located in the main city of Macau with many great foods within a few mins but if you are into gambling and the casino strip then this is not for you. I love it because I am not interested in casinos. It’s a little bit run down and old compare to the glam new casinos.

The room and bathroom was huge. Everything was impa ably clean. Breakfast options were extensive and there were multiple restaurants nearby and a bustop the ran directly to the Cotai Strip. Loved it. Would definitely stay again.
