The resort was very nice and clean. The staff super helpful with questions we may have had. The breakfast cart perfect for a small breakfast. Starbucks was also good in the hotel. Only downside is there were 2 power outages while we were there it came back on quick but a little inconvenient when you don’t have AC (middle of the night) and then the second time when we were getting ready to leave so I was worried we’d have to walk down the stairs.

Rented a 2 bedroom suite for our family of 4. It was better than we thought. Both rooms had kitchens, living space, tables, etc. perfect place for families. Down side, no restaurants in the hotel or spots to enjoy a cocktail. You have to go to other hotels for dining. Hotel is great if you prefer beach, but if you want to spend more time near the waterpark or activities, this hotel is not the best for that.

The rooms need some refurbishing as the furniture is getting a bit worn. All in all the Atlantis is an incredible place for all ages and especially families
