Lovely hotel near the town square and also near plenty of places to eat, pubs, shops, and transport. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bath towels were fluffy and large too! The hotel bar was very good. My only complaint is the breakfast. The buffet is very limited and the main menu is decent considering the cost. My scrambled eggs were so salty and I couldn’t eat much. We will come back one day, but will plan to eat breakfast elsewhere.

Great place and centrally located, biggest problem is, I’m unable to properly fill out the evaluation since the app only provides limited access to the reviews

The hotel is in a marvellous location next to the Main Square. It is an attractive building with period features. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel, full of interesting hot and cold dishes. The staff were very helpful. We stayed in the Penthouse, a large apartment sitting on top of the fourth floor. It was very stylishly decorated with areas for the bedroom, living and dining area. Note that the lift only went to the fourth floor so there was a staircase up to the room. Overall a remarkable hotel.

Here's a shorter version: --- We stayed at Bonerowski Hotel with our 1.5-year-old and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating and caring — when our room had some issues, they quickly helped us switch to a different one without any hassle. The location is amazing, and the whole place felt genuinely toddler-friendly. We'd happily stay here again with our little one!

The luxury apartment with the city view was absolutely beautiful and the view of the square is amazing. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. It’s perfect if you want to be in the square and central to all the must see spots in Krakow.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel, ideal location for exploring Krakow

A truly special find in Krakow’s best location. The hotel is housed in a 13th-century building, which means rooms have real character — expect charming architectural quirks and unique layouts rather than cookie-cutter uniformity. For anyone who appreciates history and atmosphere, this is a feature, not a flaw. Every staff member was genuinely patient, helpful, and warm. At breakfast, the French toast is not to be missed. The restaurant team went above and beyond — they even prepared a to-go double espresso on request, which set the tone for a perfect morning exploring the Old Town. If you’re looking for a atmospheric, well-located base with soul, look no further. I’d book it again without hesitation.
