The room design concept is cool but I came in to a big red stain on the carpet not sure what it was look like koolaid drink or something was spilled which is fine but i feel like there wasn't a single attempt to clean it. Also the recessed lighting was coming out my boyfriend kept trying to push them back in, wall baseboards and liners that need some restocking or repairing and the ice machine was broke on every floor except the first. However the front desk staff were very friendly.

The hotel was okay. The room and bedding were fabulous. The common areas were cleaned and the breakfast was great. I did not like that I could not get into the pop. The front desk said that they rekeyed and the locks didn’t work. When I was done at the pool, I couldn’t use my key to get into the building and had to walk completely around to the front. Again as told that the locks are broken…. Well I would say get those fixed and fast because that is really not how I wanted to spend my evening…..
