6/10 Good

I love this property it's where I stay during my chemotherapy session and is always very comfortable. Although this time I couldn't get the cooler to work which made it hard to sleep. All 4 pillows were very old and flat. This won't stop me from staying in the future but maybe some maintenance to room 102 will help.

Breakfast is no good… no Bacon and their scrambled eggs is liquidy. It was not appetizing… we tried other hotel , their breakfast was a lot better

8/10 Very good

Room was spacious and comfortable. Only thing wrong was lack of complimentary water bottles in the room and broken shade string so I could not raise the blackout curtain. I would stay again.

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed here while celebrating my daughter’s graduation, and it was a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. Overall, this hotel provided a pleasant stay and helped make our graduation trip even more special. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was beautiful. There were a couple of nice extras in the bathroom. the fridge and microwave were clean. I would like to see the carpet get cleaned around the edges and the doors where people handle them get wiped down.

6/10 Good

The room design concept is cool but I came in to a big red stain on the carpet not sure what it was look like koolaid drink or something was spilled which is fine but i feel like there wasn't a single attempt to clean it. Also the recessed lighting was coming out my boyfriend kept trying to push them back in, wall baseboards and liners that need some restocking or repairing and the ice machine was broke on every floor except the first. However the front desk staff were very friendly.
