Directions to 'find' the car park would have been useful, and access to the hotel (reception) seemed limited to just one door. Staff were all very pleasant & helpful. Our welcome was very good . Se dident use amenities, as use ee only used it as a base while visiting family . But we found the room realy tierd needs a revamp, bathroom especialy, shower cirtain was dirty , orangey body fat at bottom, same as tiles and tbey also need replaceing, shower gel still on nath tiles from previuos users, whole batroom needs modeniseing. Bed gave me and my husband back ache, although bed linen lovely and clean. Would we stay here again , yes if revamped. Many thanks lesley taylor
