What a fantastic hotel - excellent position and the staff couldn't have done enough or been more helpful

10/10 Exceptional

Classic style hotel less than 100m from the lake. Friendly staff, spacious room with balcony. 5 Minute walking distance from the boat services on the lake. Free parking for our car. Electric car charger, albeit expensive, €50 per charging session, regardless of how much is charged. Quite a bit of noice from the road between the hotel and the lake. The rooms facing away from the lake will be more quite, but then you would miss the fabulous lake view

Fabulous hotel with amazing staff who can’t do enough for you. Made to feel welcome the minute we stepped across the threshold. This is classic style Italian hospitality at its best. This hotel captures the magic of Lake Maggiore and adds to the experience immensely

6/10 Good

It was nicely located and easy to reach everywhere. Although we put requests on higher floor room, the request was not reached to the hotel and we were obliged to stay the first floor room which we didn’t like.

We had come back from Lake Como and prefer Stresa 100% mainly due to location of hotel. Central for ferries and restaurants. Breakfast was very good but mostly the staff. They were all professional and very responsive.

Beautiful hotel, helpful and friendly staff, easy walking into town and to the ferry lines near the hotel. Great breakfast with everything you could want. We had a deluxe room with a balcony and beautiful view of Lago Maggiore but the room was extremely small.
