Had a great time before going out in our cruise. Really great location. Only a 15 minute walk to the main palazzo. It was nice and comfortable enough. The room was quite hot, but I think it’s just not what we are use too, bed was okay. Definitely an easy process to get to from the train station.

The hotel is nice with an excellent breakfast included. It is walkable to the train station but recommend a taxi if having a lot of luggage. It’s a nice walkable area. We stayed one night prior to our cruise. Make sure you book your taxi to the cruise port prior the day of your cruise departure. The taxis get booked up on cruise dates. It’s a 20 minute ride to the cruise port.

Interesting building with history. Feels like a former hostel. Extremely large rooms with a vinegar smell. I think they use vinegar in the linens laundry and maybe to clean as well. Scent sticks and oil in each room are a little overpowering. Pretty slim on bathroom counter space and toiletries (tiny packets of soaps). Breakfast included was nice with an array of foods. No A/C (seems they’d already switched to heat for the colder season). Windows open but quite a bit of street noise and youth gathering nearby.

We stayed for one night and absolutely loved the character of the property. Our room was very large and had a beautiful frescoed ceiling that made the stay feel extra special. We were so glad we decided to stay one night in Ravenna after disembarking our cruise - while everyone else headed off to Venice. This hotel is walking distance to the train station and walking distance to the UNESCO World Heritage monuments which were awesome to see in this ancient city of mosaics. The hotel was very nice. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was great and so was the location. But the floor in my room was as stained with I’m not even sure what and the a/c machine was full of water and did not look healthy forgot to bring it up to management.
