The rooms were clean, although the hotel did smell older. The front desk staff was nice when we checked in. The breakfast attendees offered me a tray to help carry up the breakfast that I had to carry upstairs for our family of 6. But I felt like when I came back for seconds she didn't like it even though she didn't say anything. The pool doesn't open until 10 am so my children were disappointed that we couldn't go in before we left when we have to check out at 11 am. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for all of us as we stayed in a suite but I feel like the price was a rip off because we opted to go with a suite that had a balcony but the balcony was not private and overlooked the parking lot the money view was in the livingroom. We were also on the very end and a man walked by our room at the end which I felt like he looked into our room and I didn't like that. It was a last minute trip. So I'd say it was decent but not worth the money to stay there ever again.
