The staff were great.The location good. Hotel and room were otherwise clean. My room had good aircon which was appreciated. The hotel is in an old building and does have character. It doesn't have a lift and it probably isn't the most suitable hotel for those with wheelchair needs/mobility difficulties.However there stain marks on the carpet on the entrance to my room. Given it's listed as three star hotel i would expect complementary in room tea and coffee meaking facilities (even if basic)- there weren't. The basin water took several minutes to become warm to have a shave. The shower took a little while to get warm as well. The bathroom area was ensuite but small so made navigating the shower a bit difficult for me.

Very good location for where I wanted to be. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast area is lovely, light and airy and very clean. The breakfast was very good value. The room was a bit cold at first but warmed when I turned on the heating for a bit. The bathroom stayed quite cold. Overall I would really recommend the hotel.

We had a great 4 day stay. Had train complication getting to Lyon but the hotel held our reservation and was able to discount the missed day. Super helpful staff. Only issue was that the wall mount for the handheld shower would not stay up. Otherwise, brilliant.

The staff members are absolutely wonderful and very friendly and kind. Eric was really helpful and welcoming. Some fantastic restaurants nearby. It is a basic apartments hotel, nothing fancy and sadly our room had no windows (in the lower part) and the shower head wasn’t working well but we didn’t feel uncomfortable and we still managed to enjoy. Parking lot isn’t too far but you have to pay extra.

Cosy and good located hotel for short private stay

Om a 4 days business visit to beautifully Lyon. The hotel is not suitable for a business trip. The rooms are very small, an open trolley can only be on the bed, no space around the bed and no/very limited hanger capacity. Noise protection very limited and was wakes up during night when other guest arrived and left or talked in the atrium.

The room is seperated to be a family room with a ceiling upwards. The top is so little in height you cannot stand at all. The bottom has no windows, the windows are at the top. The windows at the bottom does look at a dark hole, when you open it no air inside. The personnel only is the one at the reception desk, answers questions politely but cannot help at all. Only the location of the hotel was good. The room was with no air. The sheets were clean but it is for sure they did not clean the floors. Of course it is uncleanable for upstairs, one should be folded for it!

Un petit hôtel sympathique à l’emplacement très pratique pour des déplacements en transports publics et dans un quartier agréable. Le personnel est sympathique et avenant. Je n’ai pas testé le petit-déjeuner, mais il semblait correct. Le seul souci, c’est la chambre. J’avais une chambre familiale, une des plus grandes d’après le plan : elle était pourtant très petite, et les plafonds très bas (pour quelqu'un qui mesure 195 cm). La mezzanine va pour des enfants en bas âge, mais des adolescents ou des adultes n’y survivront probablement pas sans une commotion en cas de déplacement en pleine nuit. ;)
