It’s a wonderful hotel in a unique location: right at the beach in a place that is mostly huge hills. There’s a railway track next to it, so you’re going to hear trains go by even at night, but it’s such a convenient spot to be as there aren’t that many beaches around. There’s quite a hike up to Taormina though! The service was excellent, everyone so friendly and nice. Special thanks to Irene and Fabrizio, both stellar professionals ⭐️⭐️

La Plage has magnificent views of the sea and the iconic Isola Bella. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are friendly and attentive. Be aware that the beach is rocky and hard to walk on and it’s difficult to enter and exit the sea for a swim. It’s easy to get up to Taormina via the funivia (cable car) for a 10€ round trip.

Amazing location, clean spacious rooms, staff are so courteous, friendly and really make the stay special. Buffet breakfast really good, free parking was a huge bonus. Sunbed included for guests which is really necessary to enjoy the beach (typically 60-80euros for externals). It is not super easy to get to the main town so need to take a taxi (20-25 euros) or cable car (10euros per person for return trip).

The hotel and staff were absolutely incredible. You’re literally a few steps from your room to isola bella and a comfortable beach chair at their beach club, the parking was super accessible, and you get greeted at the door with the most delicious glass of almond milk you’ll ever have in your life.
