What a shame for a 4-stars hotel

Not so good, this hotel isn't a four stars. So many details like degradations in the Spa ( peeling ceiling paint, rotten wooden sauna door frame, stained carpet in the hallways, jacuzzi too small with dirty steps) . There is no USB wall socket in the room, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The parking is too small, This requires paying for outdoor parking. Very bad experience...

Globalement c'est un bon établissement qui mérite ses 4 etoiles de justesse. Le personnel est très sympathique, la chambre est propre, le SPA est vraiment top et bien situé. Le restaurant est bien aussi. Il y a eu 2 choses gênantes : - notre chambre pleine Sud je crois montait excessivement en température après 16h à cause des baies vitrées. Le climatiseur central n'avait pas suffisamment de puissance pour rafraîchir la chambre. Difficile de dormir en pleine canicule. - le bâtiment et la chambre ont besoin d'un peu de rénovation et nouveaux équipements comme les mini bar. L'entrée et sortie du parking compliquées avec sonnette inaccessible au conducteur. Il faut descendre, sonner pour que la barrière s'ouvre et remonter vite. Mais dans l'ensemble le séjour a été très bien surtout grâce au SPA

Excellent accueil lors de l'arrivé Chambre en très bon état, bien équipée (mais télé un peu petite) avec superbe vue (fenetre occupant l'ensemble du mur) vers le bassin. On voit que la salle de bain et la partie SPA ne sont pas tout neufs mais rien à redire car l'entretien est fait et seuls quelques détails pas gênants se voient. Très bon spa avec sauna, hammam, peite piscine intérieure... le tout à l'étage des chambres donc très accessible Juste un petit défaut : l'isolation sonore de la fenêtre pourrait être meilleure
