Staff are multilingual and were very informative. The property is at the base of the Charles Bridge, so it was very convenient. I did require a taxi to and from the airport, but I was able to walk everywhere else that I went. It is very safe. Breakfast is fresh and there is a large variety of different foods available. The coffee was very good! I would definitely stay here again for my next visit.

Great hotel, the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Attended to all our needs, in fact because we had to leave before breakfast, they made a small food package for us. The rooms were amazing, spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a vast assortment and was plentiful. Definitely next time in Prague, we'll stay here.
