Poor, overpriced and indifferent

Very disappointed with the whole experience at this hotel. The positive was the room was a decent size and you could see the sea between the tower blocks. Breakfast was ok but there are much better and cheaper places to eat nearby. The service was terrible, the staff were indifferent at best and at time rude and unhelpful. The room was in need of a refresh as was the bathroom. The aircon didn’t work and we reported this but we’d told it was turned off by the hotel, this made the room too hot with the widows closed or too noisy with them open. Finally, the hotel tried to overcharge us for breakfasts we never had. There are loads of places to stay in Cadiz, I’d not come back here and I suggest you look for somewhere less overpriced and more caring of its guests. Avoid

El hotel está bien y las camas son muy cómodas. El acceso al garaje es con ascensor así que dependiendo del coche puede ser complicado maniobrar. Del desayuno u otros aspectos no puedo opinar. Ah, muy positivo que se pueda apagar por completo el aire/calefacción de la habitación si se desea. La ubicación, pues según lo que busques. No está en el centro histórico, claro.

Hemos regresado hoy. Para ir con niños no es porque no hay absolutamente nada de nada ni animación ni nada Teníamos PC y la niña ayer en la comida como las opciones son dos primeros y dos segundos y postre a elegir y no le gustaba nada dd lo que había le pedí unos macarrones que me soplaron 12€ y patatas fritas a parte 6€ , las patatas fritas se las habían puesto otros días y no me las habían cobrado porque eran 4 patatas lo que había en el plato y ayer cuando pase por caja la camarera Paola me cobró 18€ en un momento cuando la niña no había comido ni el postre de su menú. El parking si el coche mide 5 metros ya tampoco puede entrar y cuando llegamos no había plazas disponibles. Nos quedamos atrapados en el ascensor con una niña de 3 años y tardaron como media hora en abrirnos. Al estar situado en la misma Av y cerca del hospital se escucha mucho el ruido de los coches.
