Everything was great from the moment we arrived, staff took our bags, parked our car, no queue at reception. The whole check in experience was seamless and the hotel and our room was spotless. A beautiful stay for myself and my 1 year old. The staff were incredible, so friendly, so helpful and even remembered my son’s name the next morning on check out which was really lovely! Housekeeping were all smiles and their work in the rooms is fantastic! What would be amazing is if they had a child play park outdoors because the scenery is stunning! Beautiful walks and just peaceful! Special mention to concierge Neal who went the extra mile for myself and my son with luggage, showing me around the hotel and the walks available on the map. Really took the time! Such a pleasant gentleman and a credit to the hotel! Cannot wait to come back! Thank you to all!

Service was terrible in the bar area during the day and evening. Staff did not know what they were doing and were walking around with trays of drinks, not knowing what table they belonged to. On the other hand, staff in the restaurant at breakfast were well trained and very helpful. Very expensive for the experience we had. We would not stay here again.
