Great location for exploring Ginza and nearby attractions such as the Imperial palace, Hibiya Park. Close to high end shopping and eatery. Breakfast at the Peninsula hotel was disappointing.......high price with low value offering. The room at the hotel felt dated and seriously needs a refresh! The service standards are very high and the staff are gracious and obliging at every turn.

I think the hotel location and service. I can’t complain about it. But the hotel really need to renovate in the coming years. It was quite dated. One thing that made me surprised was the TV. They are still using the old style one. Which other hotels are all using smart TV. With this price, it was not worth it. But hotel services and staff were excellent.

Exceptional hotel and staff. Location is terrific, close to the Imperial Palace and steps to the heart of Ginza. Rooms are large for Tokyo and really well laid out. This is truly THE place to stay in Tokyo. Great location. Their service was simply superb and amongst the best in Japan; this is really saying something as Tokyo in general has some of the best staff and service in the world. I needed express dry cleaning and the turnaround time was 50% faster than advertised! The bar up on the top floor (George’s I think) was also excellent.
