Their service was simply superb and amongst the best in Japan; this is really saying something as Tokyo in general has some of the best staff and service in the world. Loved the care from the staff at this hotel. From the guys at the front door, to the gorgeous girls in white operating the rotating girl, front desk team, restaurant staff, spa staff, room service - faultless. I felt so recognized and valued. The hotel breakfast is lovely, as was room service and is well located near Ginza. The design is a little dated but in pristine condition, and the customer care more than compensated. Well done to whoever is training the team! And thank you.

Amazing property and location! Large rooms and bathrooms, walk in closets, amazing property overall with impeccable service. Walking distance to shopping and dining areas in Ginza. Overall just love this property...stayed here multiple times.
