Our first issue was the owners did not give us the code to enter the property. A person lounging on the porch was able to provide that code to the house while we waited to hear from the owner re: our room code. The designation of a B&B conjures up a welcoming, sweet, cozy environment~ this did not. It was "bare bones" at best. However, I must add that our room was very clean (otherwise we would have left), and the woman who served breakfast was very nice~ although breakfast did not provide lots of options. Eggs, toast, bacon, sausage 3 days in a row. If you want a clean, basic place to stay~ I guess this is it.
