Overall, this hotel was fine - it was clean, neat, and safe. Our main complaint was that their water heater was out of service, so there was no hot water. And there was no hope of getting hot water the evening that we stayed. Since we checked in at around 7pm, and it was dark already, we didn't want to run around looking for another hotel. We made do by heating some water up in the microwave oven... The other complaint is the microwave oven did not work in one of our two rooms. We did not let the staff know. I trust they would have replaced it - we just used the microwave in our second room. The staff was pleasant and courteous. They're in the process of redecorating the rooms, upgrading the tile in the bathroom and around the vanities. I'd stay here again, as long as everything was operational.

Another Great stay in a wonderful location! Loved having a fridge/microwave and coffee pot as it came in handy! Location is great with many different stores/restaurants and even an urgent care nearby. My room was clean and comfortable with all amenities I needed. As a solo traveler I felt very safe and all employees were welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this booking and will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Property cleanliness was fine. No hot water for the building due to some issue the night before but no notification to guests. Called the front desk and and they said "sorry" maintenance was working on it. I asked about an adjust to the rental fee and he said there isn't one and it was unforseeable. I replied it is not reasonable for the guests to pay full price and not have full amenities. No adjustment was offered until I asked to speak to his supervisor or the owner. He finally countered he could offer 20% if I accepted it on the spot. None of this would have occurred if I hadn't pressed the issue. Bottom line- clean property poor management and customer service. Won't be back. Save yourself the heartache, there are plenty of other options out there!.
