A very pleasant stay with wonderful multilingual and friendly staff. The hotel appears to have been extended into numerous surrounding properties, which makes for a bit of a maze, which adds to its charm. Your room is cleaned daily by lovely staff. Very good value for money.

This hotel is budget friendly and great for a short visit, location is fantastic, roof pool and views are excellent, staff were all very friendly. The 15% discount at the corner cafe comes in handy. However, the bathrooms need fixing, the walls are thin, the smell of smoke gets into the rooms from the neighbours, I guess that can’t be avoided. And it’s very noisy. Just meant we couldn’t open the balcony doors on hot days. Sadly. What you can fix is the bathroom, the door doesn’t close, the shower head isn’t stable, and the floors flood easily. Oh! Another elevator would be handy!!

Absolutely terrible. we had to change rooms because the first one smelled absolutely awful. the other room was slightly better. bathroom wall really dirty. all the voices could be heard in the room from the corridors and people shouted at night that it was difficult to sleep. location good and breakfast ok.

Good breakfast buffet, the roof terrace was nice with a bar there. Day staff were lovely n check in. One of the night staff was very rude and unhelpful when my sister checked in late and it took 10 minutes to find the voucher. She’d arrived on a delayed late night flight and they could have checked our names and bookings but the woman was the opposite of helpful- scathing even. Felt Lost unwelcome. Not keen on the area. Nice beach though.

i personally did not enjoy this stay because i was not aware it was a party location. there are many people who come here to drink and party at all hours of the day and night. quiet hours are not respected. do not go out after 11pm, it’s a wild scene…not the fun kind. front desk staff was nice. cleaning lady not so very nice. there was a creepy crawly in my bed. the elevator barely works, be prepared to walk flights of stairs regularly. i wouldn’t recommend to stay in this hotel. hopefully things are different for newcomers. i will not be returning.

I was probably not the target audience for this hotel as I'm not a group of Germans who drink for 16 hours straight. Pros: -Decent WiFi. -Breakfast and evening meal are good. -Good air-con in the room. -Staff in canteen are friendly. -good location. minutes away from beach, 3 corner shops (one next door, two across the street) for drinks and snacks and a larger supermarket for more stuff. -tv is alright, has a lot of American shows (have to pay 10€ deposit at front desk for the remote). Cons: -Balcony doors were broken so wouldn't close properly and could hear every noise outside and smell every cigarette. -housekeeping tries to barge their way in after repeatedly saying no (there is a button on the inside of the door which 'locks' the room from anyone using a keycard from outside but this seems to be a pointless action as they can get in anyway). -very thin walls so you hear everything. -double bed is two singles on wheels pushed together which slide around constantly. -standard refillable drinks at breakfast but if you want any sort of drink with evening meal (alcohol, soft drink or water) you have to purchase it and you can't bring anything in. -several minor maintenance issues in room which combined after a while become annoying.

What I was sold and what i received were two totally different things. The pictures listed that reeled me into staying at this property was nothing like what i was welcomed to. I rented a family unit, which to my impression was a one bedroom suite. What i received was a boxed in unit with no windows a tiny bathroom, mosquitoes, and the beds were not even REAL BEDS. they were plastic mattresses on wooden platform. All beds were single beds dispersed throughout the unit AND to top it all off the lights kept going out with no apologies from the staff. NEVER AGAIN. PEOPLE PLEASE STEER CLEAR. pay a little more and stay somewhere worth it.
