Loved having the kitchenette and the room was very spacious. Nice to have the 1 bedroom and the other bed in the other room. Could use more hooks to hang towels.

Room was clean but had an unpleasant smell, location noisy. The window screen fell off in the middle of the night. Mattress comfy. Good location.

Very helpful staff, clean, new and good facilities. The kitchenette was not very big but sufficient. No kitchen utensils in room though but staff happy to provide them. Only missing was a table and chairs to sit down for meals. There was one comfortable chair and on request we got another foldable chair. Still a small proper dining table would have made a huge difference and would have fitted in nicely.

Parking is a bit limited. The rooms are clean and recently remodeled. The front office staff was helpful. The hotel is very close to downtown (within a minute walking distance) and close to several food establishments.

The family who run the lodge is very nice and very helpful. Room was a good size, really clean, modern and well laid out. The bed was comfortable. Location is good and near a ton of restaurants. Eureka is a bit rough around the edges but it has its own charm. Lots of counter culture - artists, musicians, hippies, punk rockers which makes it a vibrant community with friendly people. The old town area is really cool.

I truly wasn’t expecting much but I was blown away!!! The room and amenities were clean, modern, comfortable and wonderful 😊 The kitchenette worked perfectly for us. Very comfortable bed with nice bedding. The fridge was quiet, the stovetop was flawless. Location was perfect-we were able to easily walk to the center of town. I also used the washer/dryer on site which was clean. Honestly, I enjoyed my stay here better than previous stays at higher end hotels.

The room(s) were clean and close to the downtown area. Parking was good and the only complaint I could have is that the area around it was a little on the sketchy side. It is close to a co-op grocery store, the bay and lots of shops to explore. This isn’t a luxury hotel but it was comfortable and clean.

Rude staff and unhelpful, the manager specifically. Cancelled the reservation despite trying to contact the property after they called. Communicated through the app as well and received no response from the property. Did not offer any solutions other than naming another hotel down the street that “should” have availability for the night (checked the app for that hotel and they did not).

The room was nice but smelled really bad of toxic cleaning supplies. I left the door open then slept with the window open and it still didn’t help much. I even took a wet rag and re cleaned the floors…. Other than that it was a nice stay for the money.

Never would I stay at this place again!!! Cannot express enough how unsafe I felt while staying here. As far as kitchen amenities they have the most organized system I’ve ever dealt with but the location is next door to Eurekas homeless encampment.
